Jeevantatva Yoga has been acclaimed all over the world as the most
beneficial physical aspects of stretches with pranic stress on the
nerve-muscle centres of the body.Pioneered by Yogeshwar Shri Ramlal
Mahaprabhuji of the Himalayas 125 years ago, its systematic practice

it successfully administered it to his Yoga students for over three

package with extensions. Follow the texture of the Asan Poses given
below:
i) Naadi Taan: Lie down flat on the back, interlock fingers, reverse
the palms and keep the stretched hands back on the ground locking the
head and fully stretch the ankles and toes and then raise the legs
off the ground only 30 degrees and oscillate to the sides in normal
breath. Benefits: Pressure put on the discs, pelvis, intestines fkex
them enormously.
ii)Paadachalan: After stretching the hands in the lying position with
interlocked fingers and reversed palms, stretch out the toes, touch
the big toes in opposite direction on the ground. Benefits: Relieves
the knee-joint congestions, tones all joints below the waist.
Excellent for Arthritis.
iii)Naabhichaalan: Hands as in the aforesaid position, put pressure
with back on the ground and roll sidewards 30-40 times. Benefits:
Checks fats in thighs, waist and tones all abdomenal organs and
counters bulge of the tummy. Very good for digestion
iv)Antrachaalan:Hands as in the earlier poses lying on the back, fold
the right knee and lock the right sole on the left thigh above the
knee and take the folded knee to the left side with breath and vice
versa 5-6 times each side. Benefits: Tones the intestines, hamstrings,
groins and eliminates phlegm, and obviates endoscopy.
v)Baalamachalan: Cyclying with legs and whirling wih hands ensuring
the rotation of sockets for strengthening shoulders. Benefits: Tones
the whole body, regulates blood circulation and ensures normal
B.P.levels, reduces the bulk of the body and keeps the saadhak very
active.
vi)Sushka Nouli: For chest and bust building, good figurette,
elimination of gases,
vii)Naadi Sanchalan: Keeps the body trim, spine sturdy, discs in
position and condition.Reduces extra fats and controls B.P. Good for
ladies in the early stage of pregnancy.
